This morning began w/ me in the loft, my mobile in the car, a piece of paper in my hand w/ a phone number on it that I thought I'd need, and that I didn't want to remove from my file. No scrap paper for a hundred feet, and my Audrey staring me in the face.

"Ooooh" I thought, "I'll text message myself the number from the T-mobile website!!" Excellent idea, until I discovered that their form has some annoying JavaScript on it which wouldn't let me navigate away from the name field when accessing the form from my Voyager browser.

Fortunately, the form can be made available (here at no charge to you) to send me a quick note in a pinch. Don't over-do it, and remember - SMS has a character limit of 140 characters.

Benefits of having a web site that no one visits but me... ah, the joy of solitude. Here's to hoping I can still send messages from here on Voyager this evening.
