Street Smarts: Learning From JetBlue

"Hi," he said, "my name is Dave Neeleman, and I'm the CEO of JetBlue. I'm here to serve you this evening, and I'm looking forward to meeting each of you before we land."

Inc.com's piece on JetBlue really hits home - seeing of course how I work for a large Chicago-based airline. I should clarify: the article and the experience it details speaks to me, and is very appealing. I'm not exactly sure anyone else around here is even aware of this type of practice by our competitors.
