After taking a look at Inc. What's Next: The Next Next Big Thing in the latest copy of Inc. magazine, I'm thinking this is something Inquiline could get into very easily. The general gist of what they have to say is that it's super easy to get into the business of WiFi hotspot proliferation, and that there's a wave of large companies aggregating these services into national networks which is coming. Build out a local network, and wait for the aggregators to come calling! Aggregators like Cometa Networks (established to to provide wholesale nationwide broadband wireless Internet access using Wi-Fi technology)

Business strategy as follows:
Step 1 - WiFi @ home. Learn the high tech implementation.
Step 2 - Contact potential business partners.
Step 3 - Build out network; guerilla hot spot penetration!
Step 4 - World domination!

Ok, so the last step there is a bit optimistic, but I do feel that when they say, "companies you have never heard of are creating networks of hot spots in restaurants, in airports, on trains", that it's realistic to think that Inquiline may have a future in this arena! There's no reason whatsoever that we can't position this service to lots of different businesses in the general viscinity. I'm all for this type of "grassroots bootstrapping" business initiative. It's what built Inquiline in the first place!

High tech - low cost. We're right there!
